COVID-19 update (January 18, 2022)
Ontario has returned to a modified version of Step Two of its Roadmap to Reopen. For now, our capacity limits remain the same, see below.
We have returned to standard hours. That is, the Studio is generally open from Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm, Friday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Workshops and supplies can be purchased or ordered in person, over the phone (905.415-9777), or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Due to access restrictions, the retail capacity in our Craft market is limited to four persons, and our studio time and workshop capacity is up to eight persons.
Our primary focus is to ensure a safe environment for you to create, learn, and shop.
What does that mean? Our team is fully-immunized against COVID-19. We have taken the POST Promise pledge, a commitment that the Studio team and all visitors will practice the five key steps to workplace safety developed in consultation with the Public Health Agency of Canada. We will:
1. Wear an N95 mask or double up cloth and non-medical face masks
2. Screen for COVID-19 and stay home if unwell
3. Maintain physical distancing
4. Take cleaning and preventative measures
5. Encourage vaccination.
For more information on what that entails, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section.
COVID-19 screening: For anyone considering visiting, we encourage you to do the Ontario government's customer screening. Visit covid-19.ontario.ca and take the Customer screening (No. 3). Your results can be emailed to you and shared with whatever establishment you wish to visit that day.
Take care and be safe. We hope to see you soon.
