Winter is here! While we are mandated to stay at home, consider enhancing your skill set in your own studio/craft space. Part 2 of our Winter 2021 calendar has been published and registration is now open. If you want to receive it via email, contact us at email@example.com and we will add you to our mailing list.
COVID-19 update (February 19, 2021)
Markham enters Red-Control Zone on February 22, 2021. The Studio is erring on the side of caution and will be maintaining closed door access for the next two weeks in line with the city of Toronto.
The Studio is open for curb side pick up and drop off by appointment only from Tuesday to Friday. You will be able to purchase/order supplies (next deadline is March 4, 2021) or register for workshops over the phone (905.415-9777) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org). In person open studio sessions have been suspended until Markham moves into a less restrictive COVID-19 zone.
Our primary focus is to ensure a safe environment for you to create, learn, and shop.
What does that mean? We have taken the POST Promise pledge, a commitment that the Studio team and all visitors will practice the five key steps to workplace safety. We will:
1. Maintain physical distance (wear a face mask or face shield)
2. Stay home if unwell
3. Practice respiratory etiquette
4. Clean and disinfect regularly
5. Wash and sanitize hands
For more information on what that entails, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions section.
Take care and be safe. We hope to see you soon.
